Utilities/Water Department

The City of Canton Utilities Department provides billing services for residential and commercial water, sewer, stormwater, solid waste and recycling services.

Here you’ll find information about paying your water bill, setting up or transferring service, links to department forms, service request and other useful information. Please remember that senior citizens (age 62 and older) are eligible for discounted garbage service.

The City of Canton Utility Department is proud of the fine drinking water it provides.  Our annual water quality report shows the sources of our water and lists the results of standard testing.
