December 14 & 15 – “Southern Tonic” in concert at 7:30 p.m. Tickets: $15.00 (adults) $12.00 (seniors/students). Call 770-704-0755 for tickets.

Holiday Movies sponsored by Canton Main Street! Day-of-show tickets to individual films are $1 and go on sale one hour prior to show time at the Canton Theatre Box Office. $1 concessions available. All tickets are general admission and seating is on a first-come, first served basis.

December 9 – “White Christmas” - Movie show times are 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.

December 12 – “Elf” - Movie show time is 7 p.m.

Downtown Canton

November 30 – 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. Love Lights a Tree, sponsored by the Cherokee County Chapter of the American Cancer Society, in Cannon Park. Live entertainment, refreshments, and Santa Clause will be in the gazebo for pictures. The evening will end with the lighting of the community Christmas tree. Ornaments can be purchased to place on the tree in memory or to honor loved ones with cancer.

December 1 - 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. Dumpster Day is a free monthly cleanup day for City of Canton residents at the Canton Municipal Court Building. Go to www.cantonga.gov for a list of acceptable items. 

December 1 - 12 - 8 p.m. Canton Optimist Club Christmas Market and Parade in downtown Canton. Entertainment begins at noon, Santa will be in the gazebo, and the parade begins at 6 p.m.
