For the entire month of November, the City of Canton and Canton Police are accepting non-perishable food donations to benefit MUST Ministries' food pantries.

Items can be dropped off Monday-Friday, from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., at City Hall (110 Academy St.) and the Canton PD building (151 Elizabeth St.).

Donations are also being accepted this Saturday, Nov. 8, from 9 a.m.-4 p.m., at Canton PD and at the City Collection Site (2525 Ridge Road).

Some of MUST's most needed items include (see flyer also):

Peanut butter, jelly

Canned - meat, vegetables, beans, fruit, and soup

Oatmeal and cereal

Dry beans

Powdered milk

Flavored rice

Pasta sauce

Boxed - noodles, mac and cheese, dry potatoes

Bread/muffin mix

Canned chili
