On Wed., Oct. 29, the Utilities Customer Service Office at City Hall will be closed to allow for a major software upgrade. During this time, utility payments may still be made using the following options:

• Online through the City's payment portal
• By phone at 1-877-575-7233
• Via drop box located at City Hall

Customers may also continue to submit service requests through the City's website.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we make this important upgrade to better serve you. Regular service will resume on Thursday, October 30.
