GDOT Accepting Feedback for SR20 Improvement Projects Thru Dec. 11

The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) will continue to accept public input on their slated SR-20 Improvement Projects until Dec. 11.
GDOT proposes to widen State Route (SR) 20 from just east of Interstate I-75 in Bartow County to the intersection of Hickory Flat Highway/Marietta Road/I-575 in Cherokee County.
The purpose is to reduce crash frequency and severity, reduce future congestion, and enhance traffic operations.
