Storm Clean Up Plan

Storm Clean Up Plan for Canton Residents...

Canton Public Works Announce Storm Clean Up

Starting Monday, November 2, City of Canton Public Works will be working in different areas throughout the City for storm cleanup. Brush and leaf pickup along with street sweeping will occur. This is a great opportunity for our residents to bring yard debris from their private lots to the curb for us to assist in your clean up efforts. We are working on a schedule to best avoid conflict with our third-party sanitation routes.

If you have brush, yard debris, or leaves please make sure it is out at the curb by 7 a.m. based on the map above and the schedule below. Any bagged yard waste must be in the brown recyclable yard waste bags, No plastic bags will be accepted. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. We will continue to do our best to have everyone taken care of in a timely manner.

Area 1 - Monday, November 2
Area 2 - Tuesday, November 3
Area 3 - Wednesday, November 4
Area 4 - Thursday, November 5
Area 5 - Friday, November 6

We realize that as the work begins, we may have to go back to a zone for a second day. Additionally, we understand that you may not be able to have your brush, yard debris or leaves on the curb for this program. You may always schedule a brush pickup by email TellUs@cantonga.gov. For more information, please call 770-720-7674.
