Public Comment for Upcoming Public Hearings

Personal Transportation Vehicle District Application - River Green:
The River Green Homeowners Association has filed a request to create a Personal Transportation Vehicle District within their development.  A 30-day public input period will begin on Monday, January 4th.  Comments may be submitted to the City of Canton by email at comments@cantonga.gov.  Following the 30-day public input period, a public hearing will be conducted at the City of Canton Council meeting held on Thursday, February 4th at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall auditorium.



Academy & Main Master Plan Amendment and Conditional Use Permit:
Terwilliger Pappas Multi-Family Partners LLC has filed for a Master Plan amendment and Conditional Use Permit for the development known as Academy & Main.  The current Master Plan includes the existing Panera Bread restaurant and two existing office/retail buildings.  The proposed Master Plan amendment and Conditional Use Permit seeks approval for a 250 unit apartment complex with an associated parking deck.  A public hearing will be conducted at the City of Canton Council meeting held on Thursday, January 7th at 6:00 p.m.  Comments may be submitted to the City of Canton by email at comments@cantonga.gov.



Prominence Point Master Plan Amendment and Conditional Use Permit:
Core Properties Capital has filed for a Master Plan amendment and Conditional Use Permit for the Prominence Point development.  The Master Plan amendment seeks to convert property approved for retail use to residential use.  The Conditional Use Permit seeks approval for a 168 unit apartment complex.  A public hearing will be conducted at the City of Canton Council meeting held on Thursday, January 7th at 6:00 p.m.  Comments may be submitted to the City of Canton by email at comments@cantonga.gov.
